Please note the price category 0-1500 EURO rent per month is the lowest: 8,5 EURO per sqm. is really cheap for this apartment in an exclusive area.
Furniture Costs & extra information:
Negotiation price for the listed inventory, renovation etc. is 2000 EURO.
In order that the company VESTA rents to you, you must have the following:
- A work contract earning at least 3,700 EURO before taxes, monthly.
- One months rent deposit (or last months rent) in cash at the time of the signing of the contract with VESTA.
