Rental appartment in Amsterdam
I have lived and worked here in Amsterdam tha past year and have decided, that I will now go back to Austria to live and study there further. I am now looking for someone who would like to take over my apartment. Please have a look:

Description
100 square meter apartment in a recently built building (2005) including an entrance hall, 2 bedrooms, large living room with kitchen, bathroom with a shower stall and toilet, utility room and supply closet. The apartment is on the 14th floor (lift) and shows a fantastic view (large glass front) of green fields, parks, windmills and in the distance, Schipol airport and all its lights at night. Fitness studio with sauna/solarium available on the ground floor (1 year free membership for renters in this apartment house). The apartment is centrally located in the heart of Osdorp just outside of the Amsterdam city line.

- Rent: 823,18 EURO
- Service fees: 95,00 EURO
- You have to earn at least 3.700 EURO per month to be eligible
- 2.000 EURO ist the price for the laminat flooring and inventory
The living room and hall entrance floors are laminated with extra strong sound insulating (12mm) “click” Laminate. Bedrooms have orange painted floors. Bathroom and toilet are tiled black and white. The apartment is heated by central gas with thermostat and a gastherme for warm water in the
in the kitchen and bath room.
20Mbit internet connection with ADSL2+ modem Siemens Sx762 with SIP-VolP function is installed and paid through December 1.(appr. 40EURO/month) WLAN is installed and ready for use; there is a cable reaching to the desk (ex. for your tower PC).
